ASSET MANAGEMENT WITH SMALL BORE TUBING (SBT)

With the aim of increasing asset life, the integrity of Small-Bore Tubing (SBT) assemblies is critical to the containment of hydrocarbon fluids in offshore production plants.

Through previous inspections of over 1,000,000 SBT assembly components on offshore installations, it has been found that more than 25% have failed the inspection criteria on first pass. This indicates that critical systems must be inspected on a regular basis to help prevent impact on safety, production, and the environment.

Our team of experts provide facility maintenance services through the application of a risk based SBT integrity management program.

SHIP-TO-SHIP (STS) TRANSFER OPERATIONS

We execute ship-to-ship transfer services for bulk Methanol (MeOH) on deep offshore platforms with notable clients like Chevron – Agbami FPSO, SNEPCo – Bonga FPSO etc.

We coordinate STS operations safely from planning to execution, in accordance with OCIMF standard procedures and other international protocols applicable to such operation. Proper documentation of activities before, during, and after every STS operation.
